Shimano cranks fit into BB86 frames when you have this CeramicSpeed bottom bracket installed.
The kit consists of two cups that are pressed on each side of the central opening.
The cups come with CeramicSpeed bearings installed.
There are two versions The first is our standard low strength and long life bearing, with hardened steel tracks and our super round CeramicSpeed Balls.
The second version is our coated bearing, which uses those same CeramicSpeed balls installed on hardened steel coated tracks for longer life and less bearing resistance.
